Hurricane season is just around the corner. Make sure you are prepared to respond to Universal North America policyholders with the following tools!

You may also download and order printed copies of our
Claims Brochure
located under the Marketing Literature section of the Agency Information Center.
Every policyholder experiencing a loss is
mailed a copy of this brochure.
Make sure to keep a supply of these in your office. Claims brochures are available in English and Spanish.

Our Emergency and Hurricane Checklists serve as guides for policyholders,
helping them to make advance preparations to protect their homes and families from storm damage.

– Provides a checklist of things you can do to prepare your home before a storm hits.
We encourage you to distribute printed copies of these flyers in your office.

Downloading a list of Universal North America policyholders through My Universal online is easy.
When a storm hits, your office may lose power. Be prepared by downloading and printing policy and contact information for all your Universal North America policyholders. Simply log into our website with your username and password at
UniversalNorthAmerica.com
. Click on the "My Universal" tab at the top. On the "Policy Search Tab", click "Search". It is not necessary to enter any search criteria. You will be provided a listing of your Universal North America policyholders, which you may export as a Microsoft Excel file by clicking on "Export Search Results" then "Download" in the upper right hand corner.
