CONDO RATES ADJUSTED STATEWIDE 

Universal North America is adjusting the rate on condo (HO-6) policies statewide by

10 percent and dwelling fire (DP-3) policies by 5 percent.  The rate change is effective for new business on March 1, and renewal business on April 1.

 

Statewide Rate Adjustment by Policy Type:

 

  • Homeowner (HO-3) = 0% increase
  • Condo (HO-6) = 10% increase
  • Renters (HO-4) = 0% increase
  • Dwelling Fire (DP-3) = 5% increase

 

If you have quoted new business condo policies with effective dates after March 1, please note that the rate will be adjusted accordingly.
