UNIVERSAL'S PAPERLESS DOCUMENT SYSTEM: 
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE MAILING OF DAILY PAPER AGENCY OUTPUT
CEASED ON 04/30/08 (UNLESS YOU OPT OUT OF THIS PROCESS) 

With the availability of the Universal North America Paperless Document System, you will no longer receive paper copies of your daily agency output by U.S. Mail beginning April 30.  To continue receiving printed copies of your daily agency output in the mail, please contact customer service by email at universal.ibs@cgi.com with your agency name and agency number or call customer service at 866-458-4262.

If you have already contacted us with a request to continue receiving your printed daily agency output by U.S. Mail, simply disregard this notice.  There is no need to contact us again.

All Agents will receive a Paperless Document System Daily Output Notification Email.

Regardless of whether you elect to receive your printed daily agency output via U.S. Mail or not, you will receive a daily email notification from the Paperless Document System with a summary of the output processed for your agency for the day. To view the documents in full, you will need to log into our website and follow the direction provided with the email notification.
