1. Call our claims number 866-999-0898.  Our claims representatives are standing by 24/7 to answer your calls. We'll gather some initial information such as your name, policy number and a description of the damage.
   
   
2. After your claim has been reported, an adjuster will contact you to schedule an onsite inspection or gather additional claims information.
   
   
3. To track the progress of you claim online, log into your MY UNIVERSAL account or you may contact our claims office.
   
   
4. Once your claim has been settled, let us know how we did. You will soon receive a claims survey via U.S. Mail or call us directly at 866-458-4262.
