- Call our claims number listed above. Our claims representatives are standing by 24/7 to answer your calls. We'll gather some initial information such as your name, policy number and a description of the damage.
- After your claim has been reported, an adjuster will contact you to schedule an onsite inspection or gather additional claims information.
- To track the progress of you claim online, log into your MY UNIVERSAL account or you may contact our claims office.
