REPORT A CLAIM
  1. Call our claims hotline: 866-999-0898.  Our claims representatives are standing by 24/7 to answer your calls. We'll gather some initial information such as your name, policy number and a description of the damage.

  2. After your claim has been reported, an adjuster will contact you to schedule an onsite inspection or gather additional claims information.

  3. To track the progress of your claim online, log into your My Universal account or contact our claims department.

  4. Once your claim has been settled, let us know how we did. You will soon receive a claims survey via email or U.S. Mail, or you may call us directly at 866-458-4262.
