PAPERLESS DOCUMENT SYSTEM LAUNCHING SOON
As part of our new Paperless Document System, you will begin receiving a daily Paperless Document Delivery Email from Universal North America effective next week. This daily email, which contains a summary of the documents processed for your agency for the day, makes it easy for you to track policy activity with Universal North America. Agency documents include policy cancellations, endorsements, renewals, invoices, etc.

View your documents in full on the website
To view policy documents in full, you must log into the Universal North America website, www.universalnorthamerica.com .
Click on “Agent Home” and “Click to Launch” the Policy Administration System. Select “Policy Search” from the “Policy Inquiry” menu.
On the Policy Search screen (below), you may search for individual policies by policy number, effective date and insured name. You may also view your documents summarized in the Paperless Document Delivery email using the “SEARCH BY IMAGED OUTPUT DATE” field. Enter the process date listed in the subject of this email for the “From date” and “To date”. Leave all other fields blank and click “Continue”. A list of your documents will be displayed with an option “Select” and “View Output”.
