Agency Rewards Program

New in 2008, our Agency Rewards Program is a loyalty program developed to reward agents who demonstrate their commitment to Universal North America. Agents may qualify for the program on two levels: the President’s Circle and Executive Round Table. Both programs enjoy a large range of rewards including co-op marketing matching funds, annual profit sharing, etc.

For a complete listing of program rewards and to learn what you can do in 2008 to qualify for this program in 2009, visit the Agency Program Page of our website.

Congratulations to all of our agents qualifying for the 2008 Agency Rewards Program .  Your rewards will begin on January 1, 2008 extending through December 31, 2008.

Agency Incentive Trip Contest

Soon to be in its fourth year, the Agency Incentive Trip (AIT) Contest is held annually and its winners enjoy an all expense-paid vacation to choice destinations such as San Juan, Lake Tahoe and Costa Rica!

Agent Leader Awards

Finally, Universal recognizes Agent Leaders annually for their accomplishments and production milestones. In addition to being honored in front of their peers at the annual Agency Incentive Trip (AIT), Universal Agent Leaders receive a Universal commemorative award and cash prizes for their hard work throughout the year.  Learn how you can qualify for an Agent Leader Award in 2008!
